Caria is co-founding Nuvo Technology with the vision to introduce a new engagement framework to the world, liberate data from monopolistic entities, and restore human control over privacy, data ownership, and digital reputation. She is a senior leader in multiple areas, including strategic management, product management, program management, business analysis, enterprise release management, incident management, and change management. Caria holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University, specializing in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, she is a PMP, AWS Solution Architect, and Professional Scrum Master.

Yuan is a visionary and transformative leader with hybrid technology and business skill sets. Under his leadership's execution of the technology roadmap, the revolutionary Metis Smart L2 quickly pushed Metis to the top ranking of Ethereum layer two solutions. To make blockchain technology accessible for all, he is now co-founding Matrix RPS with the vision to introduce a new engagement framework to the world, liberate data from monopolistic entities, and restore human control over privacy, data ownership, and digital reputation. Yuan previously received his Bachelor of Computer Science with Honors at Acadia University and his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), Corporate Strategy, and Leadership at the University of Toronto.

Ian is a business development executive at Nuvo. He has over a decade of experience in business operations and sales helping global brands such as Energizer, Shick and Nivea expand into new markets. In addition he’s a business strategy consultant for tech startups. An early adopter of Bitcoin and Ethereum, Ian is passionate about the disruptive potential of Web3 in areas such as digital identity, digital assets and data ownership. In his free time Ian enjoys motorsports, and learning about astronomy.

Armed with business development experiences in both Web2 and web3 space, Lena is ready to leverage her sales experience to help bridge the gap between the two worlds, starting with helping users free their data at Nuvo! A champion of freedom, delivering great customer service, and being authentic, Lena also loves skiing, playing tennis and video games in her free time.
